Crown Prince chairs National Council for Future Technology meeting
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II chaired a National Council for Future Technology meeting at Al Husseiniya Palace on Tuesday.
The meeting, attended by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, who is chairman of the council, covered the council’s projects to develop public digital services, and the potential of utilising artificial intelligence programmes in education and schools, as well as the council’s programmes and plans.
The Crown Prince highlighted the importance of the Jordan Digital Health Centre, which opened last week, in improving the quality of medical services provided to citizens, and the need to link it to more public hospitals and healthcare centres around Jordan.
His Royal Highness stressed the importance of expanding data management in government agencies, paving the way for the use of AI, which would contribute to enhancing the quality of services and facilitating their delivery to citizens.
