"Israeli" army intercepts drone from Yemen as sirens sound in southern "Israel"

The "Israeli" military reported Thursday that the "Israeli" Air Force intercepted a drone launched from Yemen.

According to a statement by the Israel Occupation Forces (IOF), the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was downed a short while ago, and no sirens were activated during the interception, in line with established protocol.

In a separate statement, the IOF said that sirens were later heard in the southern towns of Sderot and Ibim. "Initial report, sirens sounded in Sderot and Ibim, the details are under review," the military noted.
