Jordan to see moderate summer weather, rising heat by Friday
Jordan's Meteorological Department forecasts typical summer conditions for the coming days, with temperatures hovering around their seasonal averages before a slight increase by Friday, bringing hotter weather to most regions.
On Tuesday, temperatures are expected to remain around their usual levels for this time of year, with some low-altitude clouds appearing in the northern parts of the kingdom.
The department issued a warning for potential reduced visibility during early morning hours over northern highlands due to fog formation, urging drivers to exercise caution.
Wednesday and Thursday are expected to maintain normal summer weather across most areas, with no significant changes in temperature. Winds will be moderate northwesterly, occasionally picking up, while nights will be moderate in most regions.
Looking ahead to Friday, forecasts indicate a slight rise in temperatures. This will result in relatively hot weather across most areas, becoming particularly hot in the Badia regions, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Nights are predicted to be moderate to relatively hot in low-lying areas.
