'Israeli' strike on Yemen
'Israeli' jets launch multiple airstrikes on Hodeidah in Yemen
Minutes after announcing its intention to carry out airstrikes on Yemeni ports and issuing warnings to evacuate several sites, the 'Israeli' army's radio station announced the beginning of airstrikes on Hodeidah, Yemen.
Earlier on Sunday evening, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) had declared their intention to launch air raids targeting the ports of Hodeidah, Ras Isa, and Salif in Yemen.
The IOF claimed that there were military activities in those areas it planned to strike.
A spokesperson for the IOF stated that orders had been given to evacuate the Hodeidah power station in preparation for the airstrikes, describing the move as part of a "response to threats originating from Yemeni territory."
Later, Houthi media outlets reported that 'Israeli' warplanes had begun carrying out a series of airstrikes on Hodeidah.
