Jordanian army evacuates six cancer-stricken children from Gaza

The Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army carried out a medical evacuation on Tuesday for six children suffering from cancer from the Gaza Strip, according to Roya’s correspondent.

The group included 19 companions, with the youngest patient being a 9-month-old baby girl, the correspondent reported.

The children are being transferred to the King Hussein Cancer Center in Amman, where their health conditions will be assessed. Those requiring immediate treatment will be admitted, while others will be accommodated in a hotel in the capital if hospitalization is not necessary.

The evacuation is being conducted via air for the children and one accompanying guardian each, while the remaining family members will be transported by bus.
