US President Donald Trump described the humanitarian situation in Gaza as “painful,” noting that “many are starving” amid ongoing 'Israeli' airstrikes that have killed more than 63 Palestinians since dawn, according to medical sources.

He assured that his administration is “thinking about Gaza” and will “take care of the matter,” emphasizing the need for urgent humanitarian action.

Speaking to reporters at a business forum in Abu Dhabi—the final stop of his Gulf tour—Trump said, “The world is safer and will be better in a few weeks,” alluding to ongoing international diplomatic efforts without providing further details.

On the Ukraine conflict, Trump called the continued casualties “shameful” and said he expects more work ahead, expressing disappointment that Russian President Vladimir Putin did not come to negotiations in Turkey. He added he plans to meet Putin “once we can arrange it,” amid escalating geopolitical tensions.

Regarding regional relations, Trump described his Gulf visit as “wonderful and unprecedented,” praising the strong ties the US holds with Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. He specifically highlighted “special” relationships with Qatar and the UAE.

Trump also noted that around 150 countries are seeking to renegotiate trade tariffs with Washington, which he cited as a sign of the United States’ economic and commercial strength globally.
