Gaza famine worsens as 'Israel' blocks aid, Hamas says

Gaza’s humanitarian crisis is worsening amid a deepening famine, Hamas said in a statement Monday, blaming the ongoing 'Israeli' blockade and obstruction of food and medical aid deliveries.

The group emphasized that only United Nations agencies and relevant governmental bodies are authorized to manage and distribute humanitarian assistance—not the Israeli Occupation or its proxies.

“We call for an immediate end to the blockade and the opening of all border crossings to ensure the unrestricted flow of aid under UN supervision, free from any occupation interference,” the statement read.

Hamas added that Israel’s continued denial of aid amounts to the deliberate creation of famine and an escalating humanitarian disaster in the Gaza Strip.
