"Israeli" forces claims to thwart weapon smuggling from Egypt

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced on Thursday evening that it had foiled an attempt to smuggle weapons from Egypt into the occupied territory using a drone.

According to a statement, surveillance operations earlier in the day detected a drone attempting to transport weapons from Egypt to "Israel’s" occupied territories. The IOF intercepted the drone, bringing it down shortly after it entered Israeli airspace.

Following the downing of the drone, the IOF conducted a search of the crash site and discovered ten M16 rifles on board. The seized weapons were handed over to the relevant security authorities for further investigation.

As of now, there has been no official comment from the Egyptian authorities regarding the incident.
