Jordanian field hospitals in Gaza, Nablus offer urgent care during Eid
Jordanian field hospitals in northern and southern Gaza, as well as Nablus, remained fully operational throughout Eid Al-Fitr, providing critical medical services despite ongoing challenges.
On the first day of Eid, hospital staff treated 157 patients, addressing emergency cases, general consultations, and performing essential surgeries. Medical teams continued to offer urgent care, ensuring that those in need received prompt treatment.
Expressing their dedication, healthcare workers emphasized their commitment to providing quality medical care, despite the difficult circumstances. They highlighted the humanitarian mission behind their efforts, vowing to support patients and ease their suffering.
Patients and their families expressed deep gratitude for the Jordanian medical teams and the continued support from Jordan under King Abdullah II’s leadership. Many described the hospitals as a lifeline, providing much-needed healthcare in a time of crisis.
