VIDEOS: Journalist Hossam Shabat targeted, killed by Israeli Occupation

Palestinian media reported the martyrdom of journalist Hossam Shabat following an Israeli Occupation strike on Salah al-Din Street in northern Gaza.

The Government Media Office in Gaza announced that the number of martyred journalists has risen to 208 after the death of journalist Hossam Shabat.

The last post Shabat had shared was to mourn his colleague, journalist Mohammed Mansour, who was killed in a targeted attack on his house in southern Khan Younis.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip released its daily statistical report regarding the ongoing Israeli Occupation aggression on the region, stating that the number of martyrs who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours reached 61, including four martyrs recovered from the rubble, in addition to 134 new injuries.

The ministry also confirmed that the total number of martyrs and injuries since March 18, 2025, has reached 730 martyrs and 1,367 injuries.

Thus, the total number of casualties from the aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 50,082 martyrs and 113,408 injuries.
