Missile attack from Yemen sets off sirens, leaves injuries in 'Israel'
In the early hours of Thursday, 'Israel’s' military announced that air raid sirens had sounded across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and central occupied territories following a missile attack from Yemen, which was soon followed by explosions.
Hebrew Media reported that several explosions were heard moments after the alarms were triggered. 'Israeli' emergency medical teams reported that 13 people were injured while attempting to reach shelters.
Hebrew media reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was evacuated to a secure location from the Knesset, where he had been attending a general session discussing the 2025 budget laws.
Meanwhile, the Yemeni Armed Forces claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that they had carried out a precision strike on Ben Gurion Airport in occupied Jaffa using a "Palestine 2" hypersonic ballistic missile. They confirmed that the missile had accurately hit its target.
The attack comes after the resumption of missile strikes by the Houthis, following the collapse of a ceasefire between 'Israel' and Palestinian resistance factions.
