Mild weather conditions expected in Jordan this week
Sunday’s weather in Jordan is expected to be relatively cold across most areas, while warmer conditions will prevail in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Scattered clouds will appear at different altitudes, with a slight chance of light rain in the northeastern desert and parts of the southern region in the afternoon. Winds will be northwesterly and moderate.
Weather outlook for the coming days
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), Monday will bring mild weather to most areas and relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Clouds will continue to appear at various altitudes, with a chance of light morning showers in parts of the northeastern desert and some southern areas. Winds will remain moderate and northwesterly.
On Tuesday, temperatures will rise slightly, keeping conditions mild in most regions and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will shift to light southeasterly.
A continued slight temperature increase is expected on Wednesday, with similar conditions to the previous days—mild across most areas and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will remain moderate and southeasterly.
