Warm Sunday through midweek
Starting Sunday, Jordan will come under the influence of warmer-than-usual air currents, leading to a steady temperature increase. By midweek, parts of Amman could see highs around 22°C.
The weather will take on a spring-like feel, with cool mornings, mild afternoons, and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Medium and high-altitude clouds will persist, and scattered showers—possibly accompanied by thunderstorms—may continue in parts of southern and eastern Jordan. Winds will remain light to moderate from the northwest, occasionally picking up.
Chilly Nights
Despite rising daytime temperatures, nighttime conditions will remain cold, particularly in highlands and plains. Southern Jordan’s Sharah Mountains will be especially chilly.
Low temperatures will range between 7-9°C across most regions, while Sharah peaks and eastern plains may drop to 4-6°C, making a jacket necessary for outdoor activities after sunset.
