Palestinian detainees to be released late: Hebrew media

Hebrew media reported that Israeli Occupation authorities plan to release Palestinian detainees late at night.

According to the report, this decision follows recommendations from "Israel's" political leadership.

Palestinian families continue to wait for the long-delayed release of their loved ones amid growing frustration over the lack of transparency in the process.

This comes after "Israel" delayed the seventh round of Palestinian detainees releases under the ceasefire and exchange agreement. Earlier on Saturday, Hamas released six "Israeli" captives from Gaza.

However, the scheduled release of around 600 Palestinian detainees in the afternoon was postponed.

Hebrew media reported that Tel Aviv delayed the process until after a security meeting led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
