On Thursday evening, "Israeli" police reported that explosive devices detonated on three buses in Bat Yam, a city south of Tel Aviv.

"Israeli" Defense Minister Israel Katz attributed the explosions to "Palestinian terrorist organizations," while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened a security meeting to address the situation.

The police issued a statement, indicating that the preliminary findings suggest a potential terror attack, noting, "Multiple reports have been received of explosions involving several buses at different locations in Bat Yam."

According to a police spokesperson, "These are identical explosive devices with a timer. Three have detonated, and two additional ones have been located and are currently being neutralized.” Authorities are actively searching for suspects linked to the attacks.

Tzvika Brot, the mayor of Bat Yam, reassured the public in a video statement, emphasizing that "there are no injured in these incidents." Footage broadcasted by various "Israeli" networks depicted one bus completely engulfed in flames, while another was also seen burning.

In light of the attacks, "Israeli" media reported that bus drivers across the country have been instructed to stop and thoroughly inspect their vehicles for any hidden explosives. Prime Minister Netanyahu's office stated that he is receiving regular updates on the incidents and plans to conduct a security assessment.

An official from Netanyahu's office noted that the Prime Minister considers the placement of explosives on buses a very serious matter and intends to take decisive action against terror elements in the West Bank.

According to reports from the BBC, one of the unexploded devices was identified as a five-kilogram bomb that bore a message stating, "Revenge from Tulkarem."

In response to the bombings, Katz announced that he had ordered the military to escalate operations throughout the occupied territories, particularly in refugee camps, with Tulkarm being specifically highlighted.

"Israel" declared that its “intensified anti-terror activity” in the West Bank would persist, amidst a significant military offensive that has displaced over 40,000 Palestinians—more than at any point since the 1967 war.
