Hamas praises Saudi Arabia’s firm support for Palestinian rights

Hamas expressed its strongest condemnation and rejection of the Israeli Occupation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statements regarding the establishment of a "Palestinian state in Saudi Arabia."

In a statement on Sunday, Hamas affirmed that Netanyahu's remarks are hostile toward Saudi Arabia and the Palestinian people, "reflecting an arrogant approach and a colonial mindset that disregards the historical rights of the land's rightful owners."

The statement added, "We commend Saudi Arabia's stance in rejecting these irresponsible and brazen statements, which lack even the minimum standards of diplomatic norms."

Hamas also expressed its appreciation for Saudi Arabia's steadfast position against any plans aimed at displacing the Palestinian people, as well as its continued support for their just cause and legitimate right to establish an independent state on their land.

The movement further called for a unified Arab position to confront these "colonial statements that reflect the occupation's expansionist ambitions in our Arab region" and emphasized the need for effective measures to compel the occupation to halt its ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people and the Arab nation.
