“Israel’s” Prosecutor’s Office filed indictments against two soldiers for alleged espionage on behalf of Iran in return for financial compensation, a Haifa court said in a statement cited by “The Times of Israel”.

The two soldiers are Yuri Eliasfov and Georgi Andreyev, both 21 years old.

They were in contact with an Iranian agent identified as “Boaz” and allegedly committed serious offenses including contact with a foreign agent, transferring classified information, and aiding the enemy during wartime – according to documents.

The first soldier, Yuri Eliasfov, served in the Iron Dome unit, and is accused of passing highly sensitive information on missile technology to the Iranian agency “Boaz” – including photos and videos of the radar screen.

He offered to sell the video footage of the radar screen for USD 10,000.

The second soldier, Georgi Andreyev, served in the “Israeli” air force headquarters.

The two are accused of spray-painting pro-Iranian graffiti and hanging banners in Tel Aviv carrying the slogan “Children of Ruhollah,” referring to Ruhollah Khomeini, Iran’s late supreme leader – according to the charge sheet published by Hebrew media.
