Hebrew media: Dispute over Saturday's release list
Hebrew broadcaster Kan reported that the list of female captives set for release does not align with the agreed terms, prompting discussions between Prime Minister Netanyahu and the negotiation team.
Netanyahu’s office confirmed receiving the names of captives from mediators for Saturday's exchange, stating that an official response will follow.
Channel 12 noted that Netanyahu may struggle to reject the list due to mounting public and family pressure.
Meanwhile, Abu Obaida announced that as part of the prisoner exchange deal, four 'Israeli' female soldiers will be released tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025. The names include Karina Ariev, Daniel Gilboa, Naama Levy, and Liri Elbaz.
