A senior Hamas leader told Agence France-Presse on Sunday that the second batch of 'Israeli' captives held in Gaza would be released next Saturday evening.
This announcement follows the release of three female captives earlier on Sunday as the ceasefire agreement came into effect.
The official, who is involved in the negotiations and spoke on condition of anonymity, stated, "The release of the second group of Israeli captives will take place on Saturday evening, the seventh day after the ceasefire agreement began."
