VIDEO: Truck rampage in India leaves two injured, multiple vehicles damaged

A container truck caused chaos on Chakan-Shikrapur Road in Pune, Maharashtra, injuring two women and damaging multiple vehicles on Thursday.

The truck lost control near Talegaon Chowk, hitting a woman and a young girl. Eyewitnesses reported that the driver appeared panicked as he continued driving, damaging several vehicles, including a car, and two-wheelers, over a 2-kilometer stretch.

Local residents stopped the truck by blocking the road with a dumper. The driver, beaten by an angry crowd, was taken into custody and hospitalized. The two injured women are in serious condition, and police are investigating the incident. At least 10 vehicles, including a police van, were damaged.
