Gaza death toll rises to 46,565

12/1/2025 15:49|The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported today, Sunday, that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) committed five massacres in the Gaza Strip, leaving 28 martyrs and 89 injured during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry warned that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and that the IOF prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
It announced that the total death toll of the “Israeli” aggression had risen to 46,565 martyrs and 109,660 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.
