Gaza death toll rises to 46,537

11/1/2025 17:58|The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported today, Saturday, that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) committed five massacres in the Gaza Strip, leaving 32 martyrs and 193 injured during the past 48 hours.
The Ministry warned that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and that the IOF prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
It announced that the total death toll of the “Israeli” aggression had risen to 46,537 martyrs and 109,571 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.
