Hussein Al-Shebli, the Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), revealed that total aid provided to Gaza from 2002 to early 2025 has reached USD 248 million.

Shebli explained that USD 200 million of this aid was delivered before Oct. 7, 2023, encompassing various forms of humanitarian assistance.

Speaking during a meeting with the Jordanian Parliamentary Palestine Committee on Sunday, Shebli noted that aid provided to the West Bank during the same period amounted to approximately USD 18 million.

He emphasized that Gaza receives between seven to 10 aid trucks daily from various countries, while Jordan alone contributes significantly, dispatching 120 to 150 trucks weekly.

Following the events of October 7, Jordan delivered 2 million liters of drinking water to Gaza. The country also facilitated the arrival of 53 planes at El-Arish International Airport, transported 2,191 tons of flour, conducted 124 airdrop operations, and collaborated with allied nations on 266 additional airdrops. Furthermore, Jordan has sent 138 aid convoys comprising 4,919 trucks and provided 245 prosthetic limbs.

Regarding the West Bank, Shebli stated during the meeting that the total aid delivered to the region since 2002 has been approximately USD 18 million.
