Jordan's third aid convoy arrives to Syria
The Jordanian embassy in Damascus announced the arrival of a Jordanian aid convoy to Syria on Tuesday.
On Monday, the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) dispatched the convoy, which included essential relief, food, and medical supplies, to assist Syrians facing challenging circumstances.
The organization noted that this convoy is part of a broader series of aid deliveries that Jordan plans to send to various regions in Syria, with the current shipment weighing approximately 300 tons.
The coordinator of the Disaster Management Unit at the Syrian Red Crescent in Daraa, Raafat Falouji, expressed his appreciation to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, its leadership, and its people for the swift royal directives to provide aid to Syria.
He highlighted that they received 15 trucks loaded with Jordanian aid, which consists of relief, medical, and shelter materials, and emphasized that these supplies will be distributed throughout the Syrian provinces.
