Gaza death toll rises to 45,805

05-01-2025 13:25|The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported today, Sunday, that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) committed five massacres in the Gaza Strip, leaving 88 martyrs and 208 injured during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry warned that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and that the IOF prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
It announced that the total death toll of the “Israeli” aggression had risen to 45,805 martyrs and 109,064 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.
