Biden administration greenlights $8 billion arms deal with "Israel"

The US State Department announced that President Joe Biden's administration has approved a USD 8 billion arms sale to the Israeli Occupation.

The State Department added that the deal includes 155mm artillery shells, AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, small-diameter bombs, and 500-pound warheads.

A State Department official stated that "the department has informally notified Congress of a proposed USD 8 billion munitions sale for long-term support."

It indicated that this would involve replenishing vital ammunition stockpiles and bolstering air defense capabilities for the Israeli Occupation, according to AFP.
