A low-pressure system over southern Turkey is moving southeastward, gradually approaching Jordan. Its effects are expected to intensify late Sunday night into Monday – per ArabiaWeather’s forecasts.

The weather will turn unsettled, with partly cloudy to overcast skies and increasing chances of rain in northern and central parts of the kingdom.

Temperatures will drop on Monday, bringing cold and cloudy conditions across most areas, with intermittent rainfall in northern regions and lesser chances in central areas.

Southwesterly winds are expected to pick up at times, stirring dust in desert regions.

By late Monday evening and into the night, rainfall is expected to become more widespread, covering much of the north and center, with localized heavy showers in some areas.

Fog is likely to develop over mountainous regions early Tuesday morning, reducing visibility.

On Tuesday, wintry weather will persist, with rain showers concentrated in southern regions. Hail may occur in some highland areas, and light snow is possible on the peaks of Jabal Al-Sharah.

By evening, the weather system's intensity is expected to diminish, though light rainfall may linger in the south.

Nighttime conditions will be significantly cold, with temperatures nearing freezing in some areas. Frost is likely to form in eastern plains, the southern desert, and Jabal Al-Sharah.
