NGO asserts missing journalist Austin Tice is alive

The organization Hostage Aid Worldwide (HAW) stated on Tuesday that it is confident journalist Austin Tice, who vanished in Syria in 2012, is still alive, although they did not provide specific details regarding his location, Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported.

"We have data that Austin is alive till January 2024, but the president of the US said in August that he is alive, and we are sure that he is alive today," remarked Nizar Zakka of HAW.
