Foreign Minister visits Jordanian embassy in Damascus
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi visited the Jordanian Embassy in Damascus on Monday to assess the workflow and consular services provided to Jordanian nationals residing in Syria.
During his visit, Safadi emphasized the importance of utilizing all available resources to streamline consular processes for Jordanians living in Syria – according to a statement by the Foreign Ministry.
He also underscored the embassy's readiness to serve both Jordanian citizens and Syrian nationals, directing the launch of a digital platform to manage appointments efficiently and ensure effective service delivery.
Safadi expressed his appreciation for the embassy staff's efforts in supporting the Jordanian community in Syria, facilitating their needs under various circumstances. He reaffirmed the ministry's commitment to continually enhancing the quality of services offered to citizens abroad.
