'Israel' continues aggression on Gaza for 427th day
Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) persist in their brutal assault on the Gaza Strip for the 427th consecutive day, committing numerous massacres against civilians amid international silence.
Death Toll and Injuries
Gaza's Ministry of Health reported on Thursday that the IOF carried out five massacres within the past 24 hours, resulting in 48 martyrs and 201 injuries brought to hospitals.
Ceasefire Negotiations
A delegation from the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) concluded a series of meetings in Cairo, focusing on achieving national unity and ending the Palestinian division.
In a statement, Hamas revealed that in-depth discussions were held with Fatah leadership regarding the formation of a committee to manage Gaza as a first step toward implementing comprehensive national agreements previously reached. The movement announced its acceptance of an Egyptian proposal to establish a community support committee through inclusive national mechanisms.
Qassam Brigade Operations
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced an operation targeting a group of 50 'Israeli' soldiers south of Gaza City.
The Brigades reported that the soldiers were struck using an anti-personnel explosive device. The ambush occurred near Al-Falah Mosque in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood, coinciding with ongoing strategic attacks against occupation forces on various battlefronts.
Operation Aqsa Typhoon
The Al-Qassam Brigades launched "Operation Aqsa Typhoon" on October 7, 2023, in response to 'Israeli' violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.
In retaliation, the Israeli Occupation launched its military operation dubbed "Iron Swords," unleashing a series of intense airstrikes on Gaza. These attacks have killed hundreds, injured thousands, and caused the destruction of numerous residential buildings, towers, institutions, and vital infrastructure.
