Gaza death toll rises to 44,580

05-12-2024 14:46|The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported today, Thursday, that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) committed five massacres in the Gaza Strip, leaving 48 martyrs and 201 injured during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry warned that there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and that the IOF prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
It announced that the total death toll of the “Israeli” aggression had risen to 44,580 martyrs and 105,739 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.
