List of 124 countries obligated to arrest Netanyahu, Gallant

The Financial Times revealed that the 124 member countries of the International Criminal Court (ICC) are obligated to arrest "Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant if they enter their territories.

This comes after the ICC issued arrest warrants against them on charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The court announced on Thursday that it had unanimously decided to reject Tel Aviv's appeal regarding the jurisdiction of the ICC.

It added that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant bear criminal responsibility for the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare.

As a result, Netanyahu and Gallant will be unable to travel directly or temporarily to the 124 countries that have signed and ratified the Rome Statute, as their domestic courts are obligated to implement the decisions of the ICC.
