A convoy of 100 new trucks loaded with humanitarian aid, including ready-to-eat meals, hygiene kits, tents, and blankets, has crossed into Gaza. These supplies will be distributed to the residents of Gaza through partner organizations and associations in the region.

The assistance was coordinated by the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP), supported by Human Appeal, the British Embassy, Islamic Relief - UK, the Jordanian Concrete Company, the International Humanitarian Relief (IHH), the Unified Palestinian Appeal, United Hands, and the British Muslim Charity.

Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, stated that the current situation is challenging, particularly with the entry and passage of trucks through border crossings.

He emphasized that the ongoing humanitarian efforts by Jordan to support Gaza’s residents are a source of pride and motivation to increase the number of trucks and the volume of aid.

Al-Shibli added that the total number of trucks that have entered Gaza to date is 4,138, along with 53 flights via Al-Arish and 388 airdrops (122 Jordanian drops and 266 in cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries), and 8 helicopter flights. The total amount of humanitarian materials delivered so far amounts to 57,210 tons.

The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization continues to receive monetary donations through its bank account at the Union Bank (JO32 UBSI 1030 0000 4010 1659 9151 06), via e-wallets, the JHCOGAZA CliQ service, e-Fawateercom, and its website at www.jhco.org.jo.
