Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced the release of Jordanian journalist Amr Al-Ghraibeh, who had been detained in Syria since 2017, and his return to Jordan today, Monday, Nov. 18, 2024.

Official spokesperson, Ambassador Dr. Sufian Al-Qudah, confirmed that Syrian authorities released Al-Ghraibeh under a special presidential pardon issued by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
