The session will be chaired by the most senior member of Parliament. If there is a tie in seniority, the longest-serving member will take charge, and if the tie persists, the oldest member will preside.
The agenda includes the recitation of royal decrees, swearing-in of new members, and the election of the House Speaker. Additionally, members will vote for permanent committees and elect members of the permanent office, including the Speaker, Deputy Speakers, and Assistant Speakers.
