Qassam Brigades report killing three 'Israeli' soldiers in Gaza
Qassam Brigades announced on Friday that they had neutralized three 'Israeli' soldiers at close range near the Abbas Kilani roundabout in northern Beit Lahia, Gaza.
In a brief statement, the group also claimed responsibility for sniping an 'Israeli' soldier in the same area. Additionally, the Al-Qassam Brigades reported targeting an 'Israeli' Merkava 4 tank with a Shawaz explosive device on Dawas Street, west of Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
Rising casualties among 'Israeli' soldiers
According to the latest figures from the 'Israeli' military, the death toll has reached 794 soldiers since the outbreak of hostilities on October 7. Of these, 373 soldiers have died since the start of the ground invasion on October 27. The aggression has also resulted in 5,360 injuries among 'Israeli' troops, including 781 in critical condition.
Operation Aqsa Typhoon
Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, initiated the Operation Aqsa Typhoon on October 7, 2023, in response to 'Israeli' actions in the occupied Palestinian territories. In retaliation, Israeli Occupation launched a military campaign called "Iron Swords," conducting extensive airstrikes across Gaza. The 'Israeli' attacks have caused significant casualties, with hundreds of Palestinians killed and thousands injured, along with widespread destruction of residential buildings, infrastructure, and public institutions.
