"Israeli" soldiers mock Lebanon destruction in disturbing Google reviews
A report by the Middle East Eye (MEE) exposed more distasteful and heinous actions by the Israeli Occupation, in which soldiers took to Google reviews to leave mocking comments about areas in southern Lebanon that they have invaded.
One review, attributed to a user named Gabi Weisskopf, referenced the Ahel Al-Quran Mosque near the town of Yarine. "No mosque, only rubble and a blocked tunnel entrance. I went for nothing. Do not recommend,” Weisskopf commented, seemingly trivializing the devastation.
Another reviewer, Elad Biton, boasted about allegedly burning down the public hospital in Mays Al-Jabal. “Just disappointing, it said it opens in the morning, we arrived and it was closed! Really bad service," Biton wrote sarcastically, adding that the hospital was in poor condition but had “plenty of fire.”

Since the Israeli Occupation's aggression on Gaza escalated over a year ago, "Israeli" soldiers have shared controversial and often troubling content on social media, from TikTok to Instagram.
Numerous posts have shown soldiers celebrating the destruction of Palestinian homes, looting properties, and even donning residents’ clothing. This trend has now extended to Lebanon, where troops reportedly filmed themselves looting valuables, destroying documents, playing on pianos, and causing extensive damage to buildings and infrastructure.
In one instance on Google, a soldier posted a photo of an "Israeli" tank positioned inside a gym in the town of Ramya. A user named Tomer8009 left a four-star review, noting, “The gym itself is high quality, but there’s a terrible mismatch between the Merkavas [tanks] and the tunnels here. The tunnels are just too narrow to use the Merkava in them. It’s not a huge issue, but with this oversight, I can’t rate it five stars.”
Another user, Doron Blumshtein, reviewed a damaged cabin near Lebanon’s southern border, joking about its deteriorated state. “Thanks for the donation. The soldiers enjoyed it. It’s a pity there are so many rats, no water in the pool, and all the windows are broken," he commented.

Meanwhile, Amichai Eldar left a review for a restaurant in the town of Aitaroun, adding, “Delicious food. Explosion atmosphere.”
Additionally, X account @trackingisrael has been routinely exposing "Israeli" soldiers' by monitoring their social media accounts for potentially incriminating content.
The account creates a dossier for each soldier, including their names, photos, usernames, battalion, and examples of incriminating evidence of their war crimes in Palestine and Lebanon that they have personally shared on their social media accounts.

Consequently, "Israeli" soldiers have been reducing content from Gaza and Lebanon as legal specialists have previously cautioned that social media posts by "Israeli" soldiers could be interpreted as breaches of international law, and an Al Jazeera investigation found that some of these TikTok videos could potentially constitute war crimes.
