President of the University of Jordan, Dr. Nathir Obeidat, has announced a change in working hours for administrative staff, moving the start time from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM, with the end time now set at 4:00 PM.
The university shared this decision on its official website, indicating that the new hours will take effect on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Exceptions will apply to departments requiring different hours, with adjustments coordinated directly with their respective management.
Dr. Rakan Abu Arabi, Director of Media and Public Relations at the university, confirmed to "Roya" that student schedules remain unchanged, with the first lecture starting at 8:30 AM.
