Hamas announces martyrdom of senior officials in Gaza strike
The Palestinian movement Hamas has announced the deaths of senior members Ezzedine Kassab and Ayman Ayesh following an Israeli Occupation airstrike on Friday in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
Kassab was a member of Hamas' National Relations Office and a member of the National and Islamic Forces Follow-up Committee, while Ayesh was a committee member as well.
Both officials were targeted in their vehicle while coordinating with other factions in Gaza to address the region’s humanitarian challenges, according to Hamas’ statement.
