'Israeli' army confirmed the deaths of four soldiers and injuries to 14 others in a Hezbollah ambush in southern Lebanon on Saturday.

Hezbollah claimed responsibility for targeting an 'Israeli' infantry unit in the town of Houla with a guided missile, causing multiple casualties.

Earlier reports from Hebrew sources indicated that two soldiers, including Gilad Almalih and a reserve officer, were killed in clashes with resistance forces in southern Lebanon. Israeli Occupation’s Chief of Staff, Herzi Halevi, recently acknowledged the heavy toll on Israeli Occupation Forces in both Lebanon and Gaza, describing the cost of the conflict as "high and painful."

In his statement, Halevi emphasized, "We have sustained significant losses and continue the fight to retrieve captives."
