One million “Israelis” seek shelter as Hezbollah launches attack drones

Hezbollah said it launched attack drones at an “Israeli” military base south of the coastal settlement of Haifa on Tuesday, with the group also saying it struck seven tanks at the border.

Fighters launched "attack drones" on a "base south of Haifa," the group said, adding that throughout the day that it had fired on a total of five “Israeli” tanks inside Lebanese territory and two across the border in “Israel's” north.

Rocket alarm sirens blared in the city of Nahariya and surrounding areas in northern Israel after the drones were launched from Lebanon.

Hebrew media reported that more than one million “Israelis”, from the northern border down to southern Haifa, took shelter as the sirens continued for over around an hour.

According to reports, the drones reached the Wadi Ara area without being intercepted.

A source from “Israel's” Shin Bet disclosed that GPS systems in Tel Aviv were disabled for security reasons as they attempted to intercept the drone.

Sirens were also heard at the "Ramat David" military base, as well as other bases in the "Zevulun" and "Ramat David" areas.
