“Israel” asks US for second THAAD battery to defend against Iran
The Israeli Occupation has requested the United States for a second THAAD air defense battery to defend against an Iranian counter attack ahead of an expected “Israeli” strike – according to Hebrew Channel 12.
The Pentagon has already deployed one Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) battery, with 95 American soldiers on the ground operating it.

THAAD operates at a wider range than the American Patriot air defense system, and can intercept targets at 150-200 kilometers.
Earlier today, United States President Joe Biden said today he has an understanding of how and when “Israel” is going to retaliate against Iran for the early October ballistic missile strike.
Biden told reporters after wrapping up a visit to Berlin that “there’s an opportunity in my view and my colleagues agree that we can probably deal with Israel and Iran in a way that ends the conflict for a while. That ends the conflict, in other words, that stops the back and forth [between Israel and Iran].”
He refused to decline on the how and when of the anticipated “Israeli” strike against Iran.
On Lebanon, Biden said efforts to work towards a ceasefire would be easier than that of Gaza.
He added that he spoke to “Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday after the announcement of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar’s killing, which Biden described as “a moment of justice”.
