Significant drop in temperatures expected in Jordan
Temperatures are expected to drop significantly today, Thursday, falling slightly below the average for this time of year.
The weather will be pleasantly autumnal in most areas, with moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Low-lying clouds will also be present, while northwesterly winds will be moderate, occasionally picking up in intensity.
Jordan's Meteorological Department revealed that pleasant autumn conditions are expected to continue on Friday and Saturday across most regions, with moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
There is a slight chance of light rain in limited areas of northern Jordan on Friday morning, accompanied by low cloud cover. Winds will remain moderate from the northwest.
On Sunday, a slight increase in temperatures is expected, but autumnal conditions will persist in most areas, with moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will shift from northwesterly to northeasterly, remaining moderate.
