60-year-old woman hospitalized after attack with hammer by domestic worker

A woman in her 60s was assaulted by her Ethiopian domestic worker in the Wadi Musa area of Ma'an Governorate – per Roya’s correspondent.

The woman was taken to Queen Rania Al Abdullah Hospital in the Petra District. A medical source at the hospital stated that the blows she received resulted in skull fractures, leading to her admission to the intensive care unit.

Security forces have arrested the domestic worker and initiated investigations in preparation for referring the case to the court.
