The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) is gearing up for a significant offensive in Lebanon, including strikes in the capital, Beirut, following a recent Hezbollah drone attack on a Golani Brigade camp.

On Monday, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority (IBA) reported that the IOF is planning a broad retaliation in response to the incident, which occurred near Benyamina, south of Haifa.

According to the IOF, four soldiers were confirmed dead, and eight others sustained serious injuries due to the drone's explosion. A Hebrew media outlet noted that as many as 42 soldiers remain hospitalized due to the attack.

Details surrounding the drone assault sparked concern in "Israel", particularly regarding the apparent failure of "Israel’s" air defense systems.

Reports indicate that the alarm system was not activated when the drone entered "Israeli" airspace, prompting an internal investigation by the IOF to determine why the system did not respond.

The Home Front Command is also conducting a review of the alarm system's failure to alert troops.
