“Israeli” army says four soldiers killed in Hezbollah drone attack on Golani base
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced that four soldiers were killed in last night’s deadly drone attack by Hezbollah that targeted a Golani brigade training base near Haifa.
The IOF added that two soldiers were seriously injured yesterday in separate fighting that took place in south Lebanon and south Gaza.

Herzi Halevi, the Chief of the General Staff, visited the base today and told soldiers the attack was “difficult and painful”.
"We are at war, and an attack on a training base on the home front is difficult and the results are painful," Halevi said.
Lebanon’s Hezbollah has issued a statement following the deadly attack, which left around 67 soldiers injured.

Hezbollah said the attack was part of the “Khaybar” series of operations in response to “Israeli” aggressions on Beirut and Lebanon.
It said it launched a “swarm of kamikaze drones targeting a training camp of the Golani Brigade in Binyamina, south of Haifa,” adding that the attack came under the call of their slain leader Hassan Nasrallah.
Hezbollah reportedly launched three drones, while simultaneously using a rocket barrage as a cover to overwhelm “Israeli” air defenses. One drone directly hit the military base, targeting a dining hall, while the other two were intercepted according to Hebrew media.
