Authorities detain six for provoking riots during illegal vendor clear-out in Amman

A source from the Public Security Directorate (PSD) stated that authorities dealt with riots during a campaign to remove illegal street vendors in the commercial market of Al-Wehdat refugee camp in the capital, Amman.

The source told Roya on Sunday that security forces arrested six individuals involved in the riots during the operation in the camp.
