Dr. Mahmoud Abu Naji, a Jordanian physician at Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza, reported that the facility has been receiving approximately 25 to 30 injured patients daily over the past four days, with an alarming average of 14 fatalities each day.

In an interview with Roya, Abu Naji stated that the hospital, which serves the Beit Lahia and Jabalia areas, is under constant threat from the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF). He highlighted the dire state of the hospital, mentioning that efforts to restore normal operations are at a minimum due to the ongoing violence.

The situation in northern Gaza's hospitals is becoming increasingly critical, with fuel supplies nearing depletion. Abu Naji raised concerns about the impact of this shortage on the ability to provide essential medical care.

Since Tuesday, the IOF besieged three hospitals in northern Gaza, demanding the evacuation of both patients and medical personnel. The IOF also issued formal threats to replicate the massacre that occurred at Shifa Hospital, specifically targeting Kamal Adwan Hospital, which has raised fears among staff and patients alike.
