A slight rise in temperatures is expected over the next few days in Jordan, particularly on Wednesday and Thursday – according to ArabiaWeather.

Temperatures will return to their usual levels after the brief dip, approaching 30°C in the eastern districts of the capital, Amman.

Weather will be mild over the mountains, with warmer conditions during the midday and afternoon hours. Winds are expected to be light to moderate from the northwest, with some areas experiencing stronger gusts.

At night, temperatures will drop to between 14-17°C in the high mountain peaks and plains, with cooler lows below 14°C over the Sharah Mountains, creating relatively cold and humid yet refreshing nighttime conditions.

Colds and seasonal illnesses

ArabiaWeather warned that with the cooler nighttime temperatures expected in the coming nights, there will be significant temperature differences between day and night, ranging from 10 to 12°C.

This fluctuation in temperatures and the relative chill during the night could increase the likelihood of colds and seasonal illnesses, particularly among children.
