Continuing its efforts since the onset of the conflict in Gaza, the Jordanian Armed Forces conducted an air drop of humanitarian and food aid in southern Gaza on Sunday, using a C-130 aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF).

The air drop, carried out in collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHC), included food, relief, and humanitarian supplies to support residents of Gaza amid the challenging conditions they are facing and to improve the humanitarian situation in the region – the statement by the JAF said.

The total number of Jordanian air drops has reached 122, with an additional 266 conducted in cooperation with partner countries.

“The Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) affirmed their commitment to continuing the delivery of humanitarian and medical aid through air drops and land convoys to assist those in Gaza and mitigate the consequences of the ongoing conflict,” the statement concluded.
